We only accept submissions that have not been published anywhere else, that includes online and on your social media.
Does the line number maximum include title and line spaces?
The maximum line number is 40 - this does not include titles - blank lines, epigraphs and footnotes

We refer you to Don Paterson's introduction to 101 Sonnets - '...what constitutes the true sonnet' 'no one can agree on anything but the fact that it has fourteen lines' AND ' every really good sonnet seems to ignore at least one of the so-called rules governing the form'
FOR ISSue 6 Does Blank verse count as a form?
We consider blank verse to be a style rather than a form. A sonnet form for example in blank verse is fine, successive lines of iambic pentameter not contained in a fixed form is not what we are looking for in this isse.
